Electrical Problem on Dakota 1994

Hello, I would like to ask for some help overhere. I have a Dakota Club Cab '94 v6 3.9 Automatic with some electrical problems. For example, the "signal wont blink, only when the lights are on" If the lights are off, they wont blink. Also inside the panel, sometimes the light panel are working fine, but other not, and the true is that I can not find what is causing this. Any idea over there? Thanks anyway
