changing water pump

how do i change the water pump on my 1994 buick lesabre? can it be done without removing the motor mount? what's the best possible way to change my water pump?

i replaced the water pump on my '93 lesabre and it was a wrestling match that lasted for about 4 hours. a lot of swearing and busted knuckles. as for the motor mount...take it off, it's not that big of a deal and make double sure you get the machined surfaces clean and triple sure that you don't scratch them. good luck.
