I'll post this and it may help others with the same problem...

http://toyotapartstore.com has the best deal online which is $26 for a bando belt[the same my dealer uses & at the same price] so its useless to buy online. other online belts conti/advantex are cheap $9-17 so I wouldnt use them.

http://www.autoparts-autoparts.com has a $26 acdelco belt which is likely just as good if not better than the bando but I wouldnt get the 1yr part & labor warranty with it so I'll stick with the dealer.

https://www.1sttoyotaparts.com had a $113 tensioner, the dealer charges $173 for it so online its $60 less but again, you wouldnt have the labor warranty with it which I wouldnt expect you'd need it anyway.

my belt has alot of cracks and it wont fall off but it will just start squeaking eventually and loose traction. my tensioner isnt moving around or being noisy so I dont need to replace it. the dealer will only charge $75 total for the belt+labor so thats good. Im taking it in tomorrow.

Just an FYI. The cracks are normal. As long as the cracks are perpendicular to the belt and there are no sections missing, your belt is fine. I realize this post is a few months old, but someone may benefit from it.
