What would my 93' 240SX sound like w/o a resonator?

I was looking into buying a the Apexi dual from turboimport for about $550 shipped, but I didn't want to grab anymore attention from thieves and cops.

So my only mod will probably be an intake...injen or AEM?

What would my 93' sound like with the resonator removed?

I just want to hear the muffler. I don't hear the car until after 3.5K RPMs.

Remoiving the resonator and adding underhood mods won't attract the unwanted.

sure it will. Add a header, tell me that wont attract anyone? Now if your talking about a oil cap well then my god of course that wont attract anyone. Under the hood mods will attract people. And intakes are loud. i only have a cone filter and noticed a huge difference compared to the stocker. You hear the sucking. A full out intake (cold air especially) will be way louder.

actually the "ram-air" style setup intake your running is louder then a CAI.

take the air filter out and see how much louder it is. then double it and add a sucking sound

apexi dual N1 isn't loud at all. If you want really quiet, go Greddy SP or RSR Ex mag.

Intakes aren't that loud either. You won't be getting pulled over just for those mods.
