Fog lamps

Does anyone know if all aftermarket halogen lamps have universal connectors. I have Pilot Automotive lamps on my brushgaurd (Navigator Brand) and I am looking to replace them with some fresh KC Daylighters. All my wiring is in great shape along with my switch, I just want to get new lights. There is a plug near the light housing to take the lights off. Just wondered if it's universal. It's just two small round wires that hook up. Thanks for the input.

Does anybody know? Its a small black wire and a red/white wire, each hook up with a small round metal connector. Just curious since I want to keep the wiring and switch but I need some new lamps.
