Yeah, wheels look grainy I have to fix that. Hehe. What's wrong with the wing? Its a standard wing. :P

The rims look alot better than before, but the rear wing still looks a bit 2d and the rear lights look a lil 2d as well the last pic is the best one i think. Youve done a good job on the car how long have you been working with lightwave and how long did it take you to make this car?

assad_l - do the rims look better? its the same rims. the first pic has motion blur so that's why its grainy and it is supposed to be blurred. Been working with lw for almost 3 years as a hobby. But I made my first car after 2 months learning lightwave. Its that easy to use lw compared to other 3d programs. The car took 10hrs to finish coz it's not a car based on a reality.
itrgtr, BuLLDoGG, Legionofone - Tnx for the comments. Yes its a mix of cars. The front end is a skyline, mustang mix. The side, fenders and doors 350z like and the rear has skyline and mustang mix. I just made a base model of a car with good proportions and integrate a design that I like just building as I went. It is easier to do this kind of concept car modelling coz you dont have to check and recheck the accuracy unlike if its based on an actual car.
Dont know if there's a demo version of lw but you can buy it at ebay really cheap with vid tutarials and manuals. :)

the motion blur was too much i think thats why it looked a bit wierd.
If you still have that first car could you please post it.
10 hours man thats quick, i used c4d for a car once and i was following a tutorial and after about 4 days i was only still on the body of the car so i just gave up.

You can see at my website and sign my guestbook btw :D. Its the ford cobra. I finished that in 30-40 hours coz I was following a tutorial. The next cars were a bit faster having to only look at what Im doin and not concerned with following directions. Real life cars take from 20-25 hours depending on how much accurate you want the car to be. But concept cars can be done 5-10hrs I guess. I tried using Cinema4D but didnt like the workflow and interface. Great renderer though!
