roll pin b16, can't get out

is there an easier way to get the roll pin out than just beating on it with a punch? because i can't get it out (maybe im just not strong enough:( )

you mean the bitch pin that connects the shift linkage to the tranny??? try a 8mm flat punch, they sell them at sears.... and if that doesnt work hit it harder because it should.
