Electrical Trouble

I have a 200 Dodge Stratus Es 4 door, About a year ago the heater switch quit working on pos 1 2 3 and now only comes on in pos 4. Anyways the other day I noticed the signal on the radio was going in and out until finally the clock stuck on 12 and the radio died. It came back on after a while but now I hear a crackling in the speakers and I see all EEEEEE on the display. I pulled the fuse to shut it off. So Are these related or do I have 2 problems to deal with? I can live with the heater but I need my tunes back.
