Gearing

I have a 88 4runner with a 4" lift and 32 a/ts. I am pretty sure it has the stock 4.10 gearing. I was wondering if i would notice an increase in power if i put different gearing on it. And if so, what should i go with? any help would be greatly appreciated.

4.56 should be good for 32's, 4.88 if you plan on 33-34's in the future.
