I like it. This is the kid in kindergarden that got the sticker for creativity. Too bad the car is an engineering abomination.
My home done jobs are ugly, but at least the mods make sense.

I would buy it but I would make him pay for the stuff to put the turbo back under the hood since hes the one that screwed it up. But holy crap is it ugly.

His claims of 7 seconds is what make me laugh so hard. What a pile of shit. You wouldn't catch me dead in that car.

i doubt the 7 sec....but all he needs is somebody with experience to go over the hack job and people will stop hating.
Seriuosly the car was ugly...but at 17 years old without much money (17 year olds have money but it depletes extremely fast) and or knowledge to fix the car......he did the best he could................people aren't dumb if the don't know. They are dumb if they are informed and still think otherwise. He was asking alot for the car but if he lower the turbo back under the hood and fix the exhaust/battery/hide wires/hood(used hood) he'll have a nicer car. Not a drag car but a street (regular) car.

That ... was creative. I think. Or just stupid ugly. Or, stupidly ugly creativity. Looks pretty disgusting, like guts hanging out.

i doubt 7 secs but its prolly fast considering the weight of the car. at least he shaved a couple pounds by cutting out the piece of hood LOL, then he just put it right back on with all the extra exhaust shit.

Meh, beyond the hating, seven seconds is fast. Too bad he doesn't have a time slip to back it up  If that's the case though, I don't care what it looks like, that's a potential for a 11/12 second run, and at seventeen years old that's not bad at all. All I have to show for myself is a 15 second car at 21  Phuck it if it's ugly, you should see my dsm.

I did an entire 6 bolt swap myself and yes I built the engine myself, did alll the installations of everything myself too, at 17. Hell I already had DSMlink cranking. If anyone is wondering if I paid for it, the answer is yes. I agree with you Drewh that he did well with what he had at hand. I like his crazy workmanship, how many 17 year olds could do something like that, or even know what a turbo is and how it works? (that aren't on this forum)

I thought Jake did your swap, no? If I am wrong then nevermind and I stand corrected, as well as I will say that's awesome. Goes to show that age has nothing to do with amount of dedication someone can put forth.

I just wish I had the knowledge to work on my car, if that was the case, I'd be down there right now...
