hey, Sorry i havent posted in a while, my computer was messed up and ive been working on my 1:1. but heres what i have been working on when i had time. note the car has not been polished of wet sanded yet. :)

should i do clear blue tail lights? inspired by tokyo extreme racer games? or just make them red?

Oh man, IMO I think you should do them clear blue( those games are awsome). The red is classic and everything but just to have something differant you should do blue.

im still thinking about it, i just gotta find out where to get some transparent blue, or i might just mix alot of extender with metalic blue

the color is pearlized coper, made by createx paints for airbrushes, they have a lot of other great colors too. only thing i dont like is that they are water based, kinda makes them a pain sometimes :2cents:

Unusual color for Skyline or any other car. But i think it suits very well. Nice work!

great job so far, dunno about the blue interior (i woulda went with tan inserts) with the amber body color but keep it up. It looks awsome....

i did tan for the last car i did, tan is a pain to mix though. i like the blue, i wanted it to have kind of a showy look to it, thanks for the replys

thanks, i need some more opinions on the taillights guys, what do you all think?

if you want put the tailights in clear, and take a picture of the rear, ill do a quick chop in photoshop so you can compare. Just let me know what type of blue, dark or light

Dude I think I could get some clear blue for you I'm not sure tho because my LHS has some and i was there like 5 mins ago.

bad news guys, because of so many wet sanding accidents on this one, it had to go in the brake fluid, but i did buy a revell civic hatch to work on in the mean time :)

Dam that blows :disappoin Oh well is it going to be the same color? What plans yougot for the hatch?

yea same color but lots more clear coat lol, the hatch will prolly be simple, yellow, with detailed engine since i havent done one in a while
