91 F250 wiring problem NEED HELP

I just got my truck back from FORD, they put a new engine in it and now it has serious electrical problems.
The Glow Plugs don't work, the wiring harness smokes really bad, it keeps on blowing he Glow Plug Relay and Controller, and the Engine Smokes so bad it's not even road worthy.
Anyone have any idea on the electrical problem and the smoking problem.
