93 f150 was a 6 cylinder and they put a 302 in and know when you drive it feels like the tranny doesnt shift right and feels like your towing something really heavy i checked the 4x4 i thought was engaged and also checked the wheel hub locks and there free. could it be the torque converter? any help would be appreciated. Thanks FrankC

I had a similar problem with my 94 f250 and found it to be the manual lever position sensor. on the side of the tranny. and its about a twelve dollar part.
