I'd look for something that hasn't had any collisions, there might be some unforseen problems. Plus you can get a pretty good car for 7 grand. plus you're gonna have to fork over probably about $500 for body repairs, and maybe more if there's frame damage or anything ellse. find a clean, cheap car, drive it, and assess the aftermarket for it, then buy it. if it's gonna be a tuner, get something with a big aftermarket.

1. 92-95 Honda Civics
2. Z28 Cameros
3. 96 Mitsubitiu Eclispe
4. Monte Carlos
If you want a tuner car and it is your first tuner then I would suggest one of those 4 because all of them have big aftermarkets and easily accessible parts. My suggestion would be the Civic. Hate Civics like me? So what, make a kick ass Civic that would kick those ricers where it hurts. That is my goal, make a 500 hp Civic put a muffler silencer so you don't hear the loud exhast sound, then I have a 500 hp sleeper on my hands that everyone thinks is a crap Civic. Just a thought.

just bought some neon foot pedals for my car, and I got them on to the pedals and everything, but I have no idea how to hook the wires up. The wires go to an on/off switch and then from there, there is an open wire that is supposed to go to a hot +12V source, and a wire that's supposed to go to ground. I have absolutely no idea where to go with these wires. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do, or what other forum I could look on to find out? I don't really know much about cars so I'm quite confused.

clueless07, I suggest you start your own thread on this instead of putting it in two unrelated threads. You'll get better responses. The best forum for this is the "interior" forum found at http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=790
