electrical problems!

ok.. this is how it goes... im horrible with cars... completly! so im here for a little help. i recently bought a 1991 passat off my dads friend because it was cheap and im a poor college student... well yea... so heres the problem
when i got the car everything worked fine.. for about an hour. then the power windows stopped working... my dad and his friend tried working on it... theyre good mechanics but know nothing about VW's... they messed with the fuse box and now my wipers dont work... my seatbelts dont work.... my blinkers dont work... anybody have a clue? i know that i need to change some of the fuses around... but im not sure which ones... so could sombody send me a diagram for the fuse box... or tell me where i can find one?
