1990 350 ECM code 42

I've installed a 1990 350, rebuilt to 383 tbi engine in my 85 Land cruiser.
Recently the ECM set code 42. I've trested the ignition module, ok. Replaced the pick up coil and plug wires and cxleared the ECM.
Engine starts and idles fine, but does not pull strongly. Help!
