stalling on angles

My b2200 wants to stall only on hills or when the motor is at an angle, or not level. Happens sometimes when I brake, and will stall 90 percent of the time when braking and turning. I have to 3 pedal it on sharp inclines and declines, but level it runs fine besides a rough idle. Any ideas? If I coast slow to a stop theres no problem.
