hard to start 97 f150

i have a 97 f150 v8 engine runs great but when starting first thing in the morning i have to crank on it stedy for about 10 to 15 seconds after it starts runs very rough for about 30 to 60 seconds run perfect after that if truck sets during day at work it does it again and runs great!

Check the fuel pressure when trying to start. It may be a weak pump.

Hey i'm not sure if it will work but check for any kind of leakes or anything thats letting air into the fuel lines, or the fuel leak out of the lines.
