Don't think it is the same. That shows seal beams. This would be bulbs.
If it is like a Malibu, there are two either white or black clips on the top of the headlight assembly. Pull up the two clips and slid out the headlight assembly. This allows you to get at the bulbs

Yes - you will need to first remove the shroud that covers the clips. Using pliers, lean the clips towards the engine slightly, and then pull up. This will release the lights, but they will still be held by the wires. Facing the car, you will need to reach in behind each bulb and rotate it to your right-side (drivers side) - this will unlock them, and they can then be pulled out. The main bulb has a ring around it which must be twisted. After all wires are released, the light assembly can be removed, and the new one installed in reverse sequence. By the way, getting the adjustment screw-bases to seat properly can be a bitch upon reinstallation. Be prepared to spend a good hour on the job. Good luck.
