coolant leak unusual place

I have a coolant leak on a mounting bolt where the motor and transmission join. It seems to be a slow drip, not a steady stream. It is more noticeable after the engine has cooled. Any ideas would be appreciated.

1992 4.0 V6

could it be leaking from head or intake and running down by the bolt. those bolts dont go through to the water jacket unless you cracked the block?

I'm thinking it might be the intake. If the head was leaking wouldn't I see water in the oil? Could it be a freeze plug or does that motor have one?

1992 4.0 158,000 miles

it could leak anywhere and not get in oil. there are water passages near the edges of the heads and edges of intake. all motors have freeze plugs and this is possible also. its tough to find leaks so good luck!!!
