Revive an Integra

My 90 integra ls has 160, 000 miles on it. The engine sounds lazy... Does anyone know how I could give my engine a breath of fresh air? thanks in advance

Yes, do a compression test and a tuneup. Change the spark plugs, wires, cap and distributor, fuel filter, air filter, check the fuel injectors, check for vacuum leaks, etc.
