my 86 delta olds fuel filter

my 1986 olds delta 88 fuel filter is rusted on there good and i need a solution to get it off.... tried Wd40 but thats not helping ........im stuck...help?

you could try some actual rust-eater. wd40 is not specifically formulated for eating rust, although it does work to some extent. Also, after spraying some rust-eater onto your filter, let it sit and work itself in for a couple of minutes. Also, try tapping on the filter to help the chemicals penetrate the rust. Repeat untill the filter is free.
