Ok heres the deal...I have a 95 civic 4 dr,I wanted to change the automatic to a 5 speed but i wanted to do it when i did a swap.Ive swapped in the b18b1 it came out of a 96 integra ls its in the car as we speak,Ive also got all the 5 speed parts in the car and working. My problem is that the car will not start Ill turn the key and everything comes on but it wont turn over.Since the engine was obd2 i tried to get a conversion harness to make it work with od1,and I went to a racing car parts store and they gave me multiple harnesses to try but none of them would fit, then they got me an ls motor ecu that was obd1 is there any kind of wiring that needs to be done on the ENGINE HARNESS or is there something else..Please help me out if yah can. Im thinking i might have to end up getting an obd1 engine harness and use it instead of the obd2 harness but then all the wiring would be different.

should be more or less plug and play... as for the car not starting, it sounds like you dont have a ground connected.

I checked all my grounds to the tranny and motor what i did notice is that on the engine harness one of the connectors has two wires that come to a dead stop with my stock harness what i mean is that there is no wire on the other side. Also when i turn on the key there isnt a check engine light but im not entirely sure one would even come on if the engine doesnt start

ok well i fixed it, there was two wires that i had to bridge together. When you take out the automatic shifter there are some electrical connectors and one has a black and white wire and a black and red they are thicker than the other ones and that goes to your starter and ignition then there are two other ones that i had to bridge off heres where i found out how to do it.

ok i figured out what i did wrong .I was looking and my wires and plugs were really fouled. So i got 8mm wires and bosch platinum plugs.I also found a nice dime shaped hole in my distributor cap.Replaced all that and didnt pay attention to crossfire and switched all the wires around.Well anyway i fixed the crossfire and now it runs strong.Ill have it turboed in a week or two.
