code 63 1988 2.8 Regal?????

Has any one heard of code 63 for a 2.8 1988 Regal my book skips over that it goes from 61-66 The S.E.S light came on and went out i ran codes and got 63, i removed the ECM fuse for 2 mins the S.E.S light did not light while the engine was running but when i Reran the codes it was stored in the computer and now the light comes and goes :screwy:
