Radiator has constant power

Hello, i have an 84 VW rabbit GTI and my major problem is that my radiator fan stays on constantly even when the car is cold, i changed all the temp sensors and switches, the only way it turns off is when i pull the fuse out of the fuse box or remove the relay. I have no idea where to begin checking for problems.

Have you really checked the rad fan switch located on the side of the rad?? That is the switch that turns the fan on and off.if you disconect the switch and the fan stops, go get a new fan switch.

Make sure you know that when you pull this radiator temp fan switch that it will make a mess.
Another note: Make sure you have the 2 or 3 prong one... (they will ask)
while you are at it get the cooler switch. They are about the same price, and unless you live in a very cold winter area... it will make your car run cooler.
