Not saying the year model dosn't help much however, It's been my experience that most or all sun/moon roofs have emergency closing capabilities.
Normally, there's a small access panel that covers a tool insertion point. The emergency tool is normally an "L" shaped key stored in the glovebox.
Opening the access cover, inserting the key, and turning it manually will close the sun/moon roof.

I stand corrected, I'm wrong in this case.
There is no manual key for this car. I see reference to "Remove roof headlining access hole cover to gain access to the drive motor".
There are several procedures to follow to determine what's the electrical problem that's preventing the switch from operating the moon roof.
I'd look into that access hole, at the motor as suggested, and determine if there's a drive nut on the cam near the motor. I'm looking at a drawing of the motor assembly and it appears as if there's a large nut that can be turned by hand (or wrench) that would slide the glass panel however, if it's on a worm gear it may not spin from there.
