Okay, my cousin has a 92 Talon Tsi AWD. Mods are:
-EvoIII 16g turbo (ported-turbine housing)
-ported exhaust manifold
-3 inch turbo downpipe
-upgraded SMIC pipings
-ACT 2600 clutch
-Walbro 255
-MBC (set at 15 psi...for now ;))
-1g BOV

well, cousins (ricers) tells me that it should only have 220 hp and 220 tq at the wheels (lol) with these mods. I even went to BuschurRacing.com and showed him, but he still doesnt believe me. Well, my guess was that it should be close to the 310-320 hp at 18 psi with 93 octane. What do you guys think?

well if he built it himself he would of known how much hp he expects out of it. If he bought it like that than yeah it should be around 260-270hp on 16-17psi premium gas. If he had upgraded injectors than it should be around 290-300hp.

Think your guess of 310whp is too much since your cousin is missing support mods(i.e., fuel injectors, fuel management, FMIC or at least a bigger SMIC, etc) to take full advantage of the evo16g. Don't forget about tuning, too. If you want to "make sure" what whp your cousin's talon has then get the car dyno'd. You'll have real proof and not have to guess.

stock fuel system craps out around 250ish....so won't push more than that until he gets some injectors.

But with some good fuel tuning he should be able to break 300hp. Stock intercooler will be holding him back tho..
