88 cougar vent problems a/c

in my 88 cougar im having problems with the a/c ducts in the main part of the dash not wanting to work but yet the ducts in the floor and and defrost vents work fine...im thinking something along the lines of a loose wire or even possibly a vacuum port on the intake...i have no idea really...if someone else has an idea feel free to hit me back. thanks

Check the vacum line under the feet on the passenger side, sometimes the line gets pulled from somebody stretching their feet to much ...
(it's happened to me before)..
