Greddy SP2 Catback

hey um i juat had the greddy sp2 put on my 1996 maxima. It is as quiet as a mouse.. can someone tell me what the problem could be. Thanks I am really unhappy at this point! Or can some1 please tell me how to fix it.. Thank you

it'll probably louden up a bit after all the shit inside gets blown out. i usually don't hear complaints about the greddy being too quiet, usually people say it's too loud. i had a stillen cat-back installed on my 95 and it didn't reach full loudness until about a month after.

to GMoney: yoh, the sp2 made moderate db from the factory (it gives a tuned sound, not like trucks exhaust pipe). But if ur after a 'ROAR' , I plainly suggest y pipe w/ headers and u will HEAR the VQ ROAR Down the road (trust me u'll turn heads while VQin').

does the greddy have a resonator? if it does take it off and get a Mid pipe without one, like stillen, it'll louden up a bit. and a Y pipe will definitely make it significantly louder with a catback. i wouldn't take the resonator off if you went that route.

Yep, it's got a resonator. IMO, it was too loud so I had a second resonator welded in.

to GMoney: the sp2 are fairly loud, the resinator opens db level usually. But to get right tone w/ a nice sound-pitch, u'll will need the y pipe & headers.
