dashboard power supply

i was just wondering what was the difference in power on the 2 extra power supplys next to the ciggarett lighter. I use to use the middle one to charge my phone but it kept blowing the fuse for the horn, so i started using the one on the left and its fine. I was just wondering why it kept blowing the fuse... did the phone draw too much power from that one source? i now have a car charger for my ipod and i want to know if its safe to use the middle one, and also if their is different ratings for each supply. thanks.

There shouldn't be any difference. For the fse to blow like that, it sounds like you might have a short somewhere!!?

yeah the horn and 12 volt receptacles are not even on the same circuit........might wanna check that out...
