Hello, i have a 1.8 VW GTI from 84 and i need to know where all the vacuum lines go because my diagram is off the hood and i have several broken vacuum lines, but mostly the brown one that goes towards the cold start valve i have no idea where it goes and i need some help.

Also i have two other problems, my intake air bypass valve or the ground white cylinder mount on the passenger side strut tower, my valve is always hot, even though the car is off, it stalls hot until i unplug it, so what should i check to fix this. And my other problem is that when i stick in a 30Amp fuse into the radiator fan slot on the fuse block the fan stays on, even after i unplug the switch. This car has lots of electrical problems and i need help.

Dude I think that I'm going to need more info, but I'll tell you Rabbits suffer from a little problem called rust! I will say that the windshield frame has a problem with rust and you are getting a little water leak from that. The water runs down the bottom of the drip panel and drips right on top of the fuse panel. There are at least 3 curcuit boards inside the fuse panel and your problem is probably inside the panel. I have had problems like this at the shop for years with the rabbits. I will tell you this though, I don't guess, and I feel that if you are not confident with the wiring you might want to take it to a VW specialist. Most techs can diagnose a problem like you have in .5 of an hour so it shouldn't cost that much.(for the info)
