Corolla lug problems

Hey gang. I need some help here.
I broke off two lugs when rotating tires a couple days ago. (Ya I know one is bad, but I managed to break two).
Anyway, I don't have a Chilton's manual or anything like that, so I decided I could just take the rotor off, and change out the lugs. (the autozone online manual said the lugs got pressed into the rotor)
Well, I got the rotor off, and the lugs are not part of the rotor.
The lugs look like they are attached to a hub.
Here lies my problem. I cannot figure out how to get that hub off that the lugs are attached to.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The lugs are removed by pressing them out from outboard to inboard with a special tool that looks like a gear puller. You don't need to remove the hub. The new ones are pulled through with a nut and some washers.

during a tire replacement a bad lug was discovered and I got them to install a new one and it was only $5 so its not expensive to get a tire place to do it for you if you still cant get it off.

I wonder if you could fasten the tire with the two remaining lugs and drive slowly to a garage or tire place to get them off.
I have a hell of a time up here in the northeast, with all the salt on the roads. I have to use a 3-foot section of pipe extended over a breaker bar to get the lugs of my vehicle, reguardles of how well i take care of the lugs
