I'm calling BS on this. Show us some slips. 13.9 is basically impossible with just I/H/E in a full interior hatch with a B18C1

It's very possible to run a 13.9 with what he claims to have. It really depends on the conditions too. He may be running at sea level, the weather was nice, track preparation was great, his tires hooked up without a problem, etc...But I wouldn't doubt it to be possible. I've heard of Hatches with H22 swaps including I/H/E running High 13's as well. And those motors sit very awkwardly in Civics. There's possibility of doubt, but I think he can be telling the truth. We'll just see if he actually posts a timeslip.

So congrats to you 180sx. If you did that is. Post some slips if you have them. If not, then there will be some doubt from me.

H22 swapped hatches are freaking monsters on the dragstrip. I wouldn't doubt a H22 swapped hatch with I/H/E running high 13s, in fact I've seen a few with stock H22s running high 13s, but a B18C1 is a different story all together.

3rd Gen GSRs run what mid to low 15s right. So stick that motor in a full interior hatch with a b16 tranny and you expect to take off more than a second on the strip. No I don't think so, the b16 tranny will help because it's shorter gears, but not that much.

I'd figured you weren't running stock tires. Slicks are a huge help. Traction= teh sweetness. Hmmmm. Have a camera phone of some sort? If you do, take the picture on the phone, get them off your service providers website (ex: Sprint.com, Verizon.com, etc.), then upload them onto AF.I can give you a link to show you how to post pics here.If you can't do that, then I don't know what to tell you.

you guys are nuts...gsr with bolt on's and on slicks is totally believable, its even believable with street tires....if the driver can drive it ofcourse.

your right i mean the wieght isn't that much diff and i have lil better setup but my times were around that with some crappy runs.
