I am thinkin gof getting new rims and tires for my truck. If I put 20"s on my truck that is the largest tire that I can put on it without rubbing ?
If I put 18"s on my truck that is the largest tire that I can put on it without rubbing ?
I want to fill up the wheel well and get a good ride and still not have to worry about pot holes.

well first off, I had a set of 20" on my '03 pathy, and I tell you what, I hated it! it looked really nice, but I couldn't stand the road noise and the fact that there was no side wall roll when turning a sharp corner (this could induce a low speed roll, let alone a high speed one) the traction was so much better with those 20's that the steering had become really quite touchy, and it was rather unnerving. we went back to the stock 17" and may possibly go to an 18 later on. as for tire size, I can't remember exactly, but I think it was like 255/40/20 which was really good looking, but it lost so much power with the larger heavier rims.
