size diff in 2dr/4dr teg seats?

Someone told me that the size of the top and bottom sections from the back seat of an integra depend on wether its a coup or 4 door. The reason i ask is because I have the rear seats from a 95 integra coupe. The bottom half fits fine in my 95 civic coupe. The top half however is too small. So could I get the top part from a 4door to fit my civic?

someone tell me if the question is confusing. I just read it over again and it gave me a headache. If not just give me some quick feedback instead. thanks
