does anyone know of a good tuner in the NY,NJ, Penn. area ?

My tuner ... Bryan "NoShoes" Moore travels.
He lives in Virigina Beach, but he travels the everywhere.

He has come up to Pennsylvania 3 times in the past month for me. We were just racing together at Atco this past weekend.

i wont need him till mid summer though im piecing everything together now so i run into as few problems as possible.

OH, i have another question, i have a really laggy throttle idk if its just the cable needs to be tightend or not but the throttle response is crap what else could be the problem?

It could be lots of things ... cable, ignition, fuel filter, air filter, the tune, sticking thorttle plate, etc ... it's hard to say.
