I did read through the site before posting this, so don't bite my head off if it has come up before:
My 95 LT 4X4 has started it's own wet lands project on the passenger floorboard. I assume it's got something to do with the AC, but does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

P.S. Great board. I didn't know how screwed up my Blazer really was until I read some of these threads.

If it smells like antifreeze and you're low on coolant...your heater core took a shit.

If it is just water and only pools when or directly after running the AC...your drain is plugged.

Most likely the drain for the evaporator housing is plugged up. Look underneath the vehicle on the passenger side above where the firewall and passeger floorboard meet. You should see a rubber drain hose coming out of the evaporator core housing. You might need a flashlight to get a good look at it. Find something that you can poke through the hose (I used a coathanger when mine did this), and be prepared for your not tub to drain.... : )

Your heater core has ruptured. The part itself only runs around $75 at your local parts store, but requires in the neighborhood of 4 or 5 hours labor at a shop for installation. To temporarily remove the heater core from the cooling circuit ( YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY HEAT )... look in the engine compartment, on the firewall on the passenger side you will see two 1"-1 1/2" hoses passing through the firewall... if you were to pull these hoses loose and connect them to one another you would remove the heater core from the cooling circuit.

You could run the truck like this forever if you don't need any heat/defrost inside the cab.... I did this with an old beater utility truck of mine. The two hoses are slightly different in diameter,, you can buy the connecting adapter at any parts store. See you in the forums.

Coolant = heater core

Water = plugged windsheild drain.
