headlight question

ok, i've seen this on a few civics lately and im curious if anybody knows where to find these. im looking for what i guess are bulbs. i know they light up blue tinted at night but, even in the daytime if you look into the housing of the headlight, there's a blue pigmentation. i asked the local auto store guys and they said they didnt know cuz the lights they sold dont do that. is it just the blue bulb reflecting against the silver or what? any names,links,etc. would be helpful :)

its sounds like its a blue tinted headlight bulb... i have that going on in my headlights... i bought hyper series bulbs if that helps on ebay for cheap

Yup! I've got Hipers myself...

I used to be quite into those things, and I have experience with a handful of different kinds. All they are is a blue tinted bulb, and it's probably reflecting off of the inner housing.

ya thats what i thought. i want a slight blue tint but not too strong. are 'xenon' bulbs good?

I have PIAA's.....nice look and has more of a HID look to it.

This is my car waaaaaay back :rolleyes: Like around HIN time here in FL, in dec. lmao! :D Well I just have blue bulbs in there, they used to light up like whiteish, they're just the hid look bulbs
