Disarming Integra Doors

I need help guys ...i need to disarm my lock for my doors 1994 integra...just got a keyless entry compu-star pager alarm.....cause my former roomate took my spare acura key and i don't want him to be able to open my trunk or doors...
so how to i make i (entry) totaly keyless...
anyone done this before ....any ideas...

Cut the power wire for the system, probably wired into a fuse somewhere.

Cutting the wires will interupt the keyless entyrfrom the pager alarm ....
can i do something to the metal lock (mechanism) where the key goes in ...is they something i can brake or disconnect

Remove the door panels and disconnect the metal rod going to the lock.
trunk may not be that easy since the lock usually sits inside of the lock mechanism.
