'65 body job

My dad has had a 1965 ford f100 for the past 40 yrs. and it's showing it. It has rust, and a few minor dents. And it needs a new paint job, baby blue(original color). Neither of us now jack about body work so it will have to professional. how much will it be? Should i get a full package? what about the rust and corrosion?
