Coil for SparkPlug

I need help, I am station in Korea, I have a 2000 E 150,there hesitation
with the engine it feels like a jerk and pull motion. how i decided to have to change my spark plus and fuel filter. I have the spark plugs but the repair guys siad i need the coil that go with the sparkplug. Waht is the correct name for this coil.

The "ignition coil" provides electrical current through the distributor to the spark plugs. That is probably the coil to which the mechanic was referring. Which ignition coil you need depends on the particular engine in your vehicle.
