Well we are all moved into our new Condo and I've started my first build in quite a while.

So far all I've done is assembly the spoiler, nose cone and fender ducts. I aslo painted the engine block, but there are no pictures of that. This car looks like it is hauling ass standing still, i kind of want to toss it of the balcony to see if can fly.

Also here is a picture of my new bat cave!!!

Ignore the piant, the room was the previous owner's daughter's. Soon the lavender stars will be covered with automotive posters :)

You planning on going with the timeless Petty paint scheme, or something more interesting? :)

When me and my wife moved in together it took me 2 weeks..
You definetly need to sprinkle parts and plastic dust and some random modeling tools over the table. ;) ;)
And keep the `little girl`-theme in the room. Car-posters are so boring. ( note: irony!!!)

Btw, this is one of my favorite musclecars! And we say that todays cars are `wedgeshaped`.. Guess Mopar was ahead of its time...
I think you should dig up some info and build it as a car with the most unusuall colorcode that year. Model-specific car clubs usually have that info on their sites.

Keep in mind.... if you have a child this is no longer your "bat cave". so use poster putty for the car posters so you wont ruin them when you have to relocate to the garage. :lol2:

looks good. the wash on those wheels is awesome

Thanks!

The secret is using enamal paint. It makes highlight painting a breeze as it does not dry super fast, unlike acrylics.
