Start here, take your time, don't forget to unscrew the lock-knob.

Tom the fork is a great idea, I have a small screwdriver that I bent into hook, it works great. I know that there is a special tool for the removal of the "C" clip. Rember to take your time, the plastic pins that hold the interior panel in place can break or if you pull too hard on the panel you can crack the retaining socket for the pin, I use needlenose pliers or diagonal cutters to slowly pry the pins out. Be just as careful putting the panel back on if they are not in place and you push too hard you can actually put the pins right through the panel.

I hope this helps,
Dan
