97 Exloprer Wiper-washer Problems

I have recently purchased a 97 Explorer with 63K miles. Most everything works fine but I have a problem with the washer unit. For some reason, when I try to use the washer the water only comes out of the driver side. I have checked the pump and it appears OK. The hose seems fine but I can't trace it all the way back so I may have missed something. Anyone else have this type of problem? How do I check for the hose farther back under the firewill? Thanks.

Your washer hose probably doesn't go behind the fire wall. Follow it from the pump inch by inch. You have a blockage somewhere. Probably right at the nozzle that doesn't work

as funny as it sounds, i bought my car with the same problem, but in my case, the hose was missing. not much help, just thought to share the info.
