540 alu HEMI in a 300C

I have a 300C HEMI but are looking for an upgrade, and as I believe nothing is like a real HEMI, I am interested putting in the new 540CI alu F.I. engine. I realize I must have changed the whole drive -and brakes system. Does someone have an idea which shop can take on the work?
