does the SOHC VTEC (D16Z6) have a knock sensor?

I've got a '92 Civic EX 5-speed daily driver, while I work on my '90 RX-7 TurboII, and the Civic has a custom Cold Air Intake, Tanabe DTM Medallion catback exhaust, and some other miscellaneous stuff. Now, I'm wondering something.. my car seems to be almost slower than it used to be, and I'm wondering what sorts of things could cause this (this wondering was brought about by a loss to an old Grand Prix SE yesterday, when I normally beat them.. although I had a 300lb friend in the car).

I was thinking it could be:
Old plugs
Clogged Cats
Exhaust piping too large diameter (it was built for my '96 GS-R which I no longer have)
A knock sensor messing with the timing

Any other ideas are helpful, AND an answer to the question, does the SOHC VTEC have a knock sensor on it? I know the DOHC VTEC has one, but dunno about the SOHC VTEC.

No it does not have a knock sensor. It could be anything, I couldn't help you from here.
