My 97 Civic Hatch is lowered by 2" and has 17" rims with 205 40 17 tires. From your experiences would i need a camber kit in both the front and back? I do feel some rubbing yet the guys who did my alignment told me i would need them in the back only. What do you guys think?

Thanks.

Usually after you lower you car you would bring it in for an alignment ... and when you do it's best that you have them measure your chamber, toe, caster ... they will tell you everything in degrees and from there you can decided if you would like to fix the chamber ...

Usually with about 2" inches you shouldnt need a CAMBER kit. Take it to a mechanic and they should be able to tell you all that stuff.
