HELP ME!!! Auto Climate Control Install

I just purchase a Auto Climate Control off E-Bay for my 2000 Maxima. I connected the cables to the digital one, and I get nothing. There is one cable that controls the air speed that was connect to the old unit, but the digital unit does not have the connection on it. Someone please help me with this. Is this going to be a huge problem trying to get the Auto climate control, or is there some easy fix???
