Emissions Code on CEL

Does anyone know what would cause the Check Engine Light to come on with an "auxilary emission control" code present? Also most likley cause of "cylinder 4 misfire" code? I've done plugs/wires. I have a 96 V6 with 110K and it runs/looks very good. Any help is appreciated.
