Intermittent wipers for 94 wrangler

My wipers work on slow and fast but will not function on intermittent settings. Anybody know how the electronics is set up on the 94 Wrangler for this. The dealer won't tell me. Is there a relay or something easily servicable by me to fix it. It is really annoying in light rain.
